What is the British Barbers' Association (BBA) Accreditation Program?
The British Barbers Association (BBA) offers barbershops the chance to prove they are the ‘best of the best’ with an accreditation program.
The British Barbers' Association (BBA) is the UK’s largest membership association representing barbers and men’s hairdressers. The BBA was created to raise the standards of the Men’s Grooming industry and to protect the consumers.
The BBA offers the Barbershops the opportunity to prove that they are the best of the best to their clients and to fellow professionals with Accreditation program.
Barbershops that sign-up for the BBA Accreditation program will have to demonstrate and meet strict criteria including,
- Commitment to Staff Training
- Compliant with Regulatory Requirements
- Legal Coverage
- Health and Safety Policies on shops procedures and electrical testing
- Commitment to help the industry to raise standards and protect their clients
Shops that have been awarded accreditation from the BBA have demonstrated their professionalism and provided necessary compliances that are expected of higher quality operations.
