NHS COVID-19 App – create a coronavirus NHS QR check-in at your venue

NHS Track and Trace sign
Coronavirus (COVID-19) | Guidance and support for businesses and self-employed people.

From Thursday 24 September all close contact businesses will need to create and display the official NHS QR code posters which visitors must scan when they arrive using the NHS COVID-19 App. If you have more than one venue, you need to create a separate QR Code for each location.

Businesses will be expected to make sure their customers are aware of the rules around QR codes by displaying posters and speaking to customers directly.

Venues should download the QR codes from the GOV.UK website.

Further information can be found on the GOV.Wales website.
