THE ROLE

You must be ready to be seen as the authority on male grooming by staff and clients alike. You will report to the CEO and will be a part of the Management Team that drives the business across all departments. THE CANDIDATE

A formally trained (NVQ 2 and 3) head barber with a minimum 10 years at least 2 of which should have been in a head / lead barber role. You will have (formal) training experience along with exceptional interpersonal skills; equally comfortable with the young, hip and trendy as you are with the more conservative gentleman. Proven experience in all aspects of barbering including haircutting using scissors over comb and clipper techniques, delivering all styles current and vintage. You will have recognized expertise in traditional hot towel, wet shaves. Possessing a friendly, consultative style but with the confidence to recommend suitable styles and treatments that will be appreciated by clients. You will have the ability to communicate with our clients and really understand their needs delivering 100% satisfaction.
