In Blackpool the weather was typically British and the fish and chips from the local 'Yorkshire Fisheries' were perfect!

However our hopes of getting a ride on the big one were dashed as it was closed ,but that didn't stop us from a very positive meeting and enjoy watching our company MD Karl Foster struggle to control his brolly .

Myself and Karl spend more time together than we do with our wife's and now I've realised we must have look like a real couple ,so much so the nice guy on reception at the holiday in booked us in a romantic double room , although it didn't seem to bother Karl that much !

On a more serious note our long awaited branded products are on the production floor as we speak . I have intentionally held back after being approached by a number of companies and waited for the right opportunity . I think branded products need to have a lot of thought behind them before jumping in and going ahead .

The price the quality and appearance all have to be considered as there are so many good products on the market you may end up having a negative impact your product sales and profit . At the end of the day products are about margins and are an extra income to your business .

I think you have to have a good brand in the first place before even considering your own products .

As I am responsible for our social media I have just brought an iPad pro , it's an amazing piece of kit and for creating images for adverts and posts it looks to be a worthy investment . It has many pro apps that are unavailable on other apple products ,one of which is the amazing photo editing. So over the coming weeks as I get the hang of it you should see the improvement in my posts .
