Allow me to introduce myself... I'm Lynndy Rolfe!!

I'm currently a bit of a jack of all trades, or a jack of both trades in the industry! I am a hairdresser and a barber. Is it possible to love both as much as each other? Yes, is the simple answer, I love how being part of both worlds can bring huge diversity, it raises questions in both areas; are you a mens hairdresser or a barber? If you had to pick one which would you call yourself?

The short answer, all of them!! My mission is to teach barbering techniques to hairdressers and hairdressing skills to barbers, men want so much more from a haircut now, they do literally want their hair dressing.

So a bit more about me... I joined the Hairbond artistic team in 2015 and we had great successes as a team, we worked on photoshoots, educated on stage and worked on forthcoming projects behind the scenes (you'll find out in 2016)

A bit more about 2015... What a roller coaster ride it was!! It was a great success, I laid some good foundations down for the future, I put together business plans for my own shops and started to carve a career as an educator, I began assessing at Aston Recruitment and training, an amazing hairdressing and barbering college that support city and guilds qualifications, I hung out on various stages with my Hairbond family, I won a couple of awards and had another baby!!! That's it in a nutshell I guess!

2016 ? What a great year this is panning out to be!! I'm going to teaming up and collaborating with some very cool and influential people and companies in the men's industry! I'm very excited, but I'm not going to share it all now, that would spoil all the surprises! so watch this space!!!
