Blog Introduction - Luigi Caterino
I arrived on Scotland 15 years ago from NAPLES (italy) When I arrived here because I didn't speak any English,no one barber give me a chair to rent or let me work on the salon,so I started to work for my brother who has a restaurant in Scotland

After many years (9) I took a decision to start with my passion,I never miss so much my job,in this 9 years I always training with online courses and when a been on holiday in Italy for visit my parents,work on my dad shop,my dad is a barber from 55 years,his salon is like a house for our customer,a shop where you can talk about everything,drink coffee and have a chat about football
So after 9 years working for my brother I decided to rent a chair in a barber shop in Galashiels
And after 1 year of renting the chair I open my shop

It is now nearly 3 years and my business,is going very well
2 years ago I signed for the first competition of the British barber association and won the best master shave Scotland 2014 but I had been knocked out in a quartet final for win the uk title down in Cardiff
On 2015 I tried again and managed to win the best master shave Scotland 2015 and best master shave uk 2015
Im Very proud of myself
And now last night 29 November I win an award of barber of the year 2015 with hair and beauty in Scotland
What more???
I give passion with all my customer and I try be always my self,the winning competition is good for business but more important is the service what I give everyday to all my customer.
Without my customer I'm not body! I look forward to sharing more with you....
